6. DIGITAL DELIVERY

to your registered email address and/or your account dashboard immediately
or within a short time after payment is confirmed, subject to our
anti-fraud verification procedures.

6.2 Delivery times may be delayed in cases where we require additional
verification to prevent fraud. We will notify you if verification is needed.

6.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address on your account
is accurate and active. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to
incorrect or inactive email addresses.

6.4 Once a digital key or code has been delivered to you, the order is
considered fulfilled. Please do not share, publish, or disclose any
delivered key prior to redeeming it, as we cannot replace keys that have
been used by unauthorised parties.

7. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the inherently irreversible nature of digital goods, our refund policy
is strictly limited as follows:

7.1 NO REFUNDS ON REDEEMED OR USED KEYS
Once a digital key or code has been redeemed (activated) on the
corresponding platform, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

7.2 DEFECTIVE OR INVALID KEYS
If the key or code you received is genuinely invalid or non-functional
(i.e., it cannot be redeemed through no fault of your own), you must
contact us at dz@yodakeys.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
– Your order number.
– A detailed description of the issue.
– A screenshot or screen recording showing the error message.
We will investigate and, if the key is confirmed defective, will provide
a replacement key or store credit at our discretion.

7.3 DUPLICATE PURCHASE
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice in the same session,
contact us immediately (before redemption) at dz@yodakeys.com. We will
evaluate refund eligibility at our sole discretion.

7.4 SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
For subscription-based products (IPTV, streaming, AI subscriptions, VPN),
refunds will only be considered if the service was never activated or
accessed, and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

7.5 CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or because
you found a lower price elsewhere.

7.6 CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us and
allowing a reasonable time to resolve the issue is considered a breach of
these Terms. Such action may result in immediate account suspension and
all outstanding orders being cancelled.

7.7 CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this refund policy limits your statutory consumer rights under
applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your
jurisdiction entitle you to a refund, we will honour those rights.

relevant UAE arbitration authority, or through the courts of Ajman, UAE,

additional rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by contract.
